We understand that there has been a high demand for us lately to help with various tasks. Unfortunately, because of the number of requests, we have had to start choosing the jobs that are best suited for what we offer. We will still try to handle all requests that come in, but to make sure that we know what is going on, you need to be as specific as you can and include EXACTLY what you want done. This saves time for us and saves time for you so we don't have to continue going back and forth multiple times to get the information we need to help you out. We are currently going to be revamping our forms to try and help customers include the information we need. We hope that everyone understands.

As for the turnarounds for the jobs we do, we typically have most jobs finished within 24 hours after receiving payment for it. In some cases (re-designing a site or creating a new one), it may take 7+ days depending on the complexity of the job. For responses via our ticket system, we generally will have a response to you within 12 hours. As mentioned above, please include as much information as possible so we know how to best assist you and meet your needs.
